The Chair Yoga and the Hatha Yoga classes both come in 4 sessions.

Chair Yoga - Wednesdays 12:00 - 12:45 - starts 2/3
This Yoga class is a wonderful mix of modified yoga poses, breathing technique,
relaxation exercises and meditation. It is an excellent class for those with injuries, health issues or have concerns about getting up and down off of the floor. This class can have a profound effect on relaxing the body and mind
Hatha Yoga Class - Wednesdays 10:15-11:15 starts 2/3
This Hatha Yoga class consists of the tools of yoga that address the body, mind and emotions. We start with breathing practices and settling into the body and the present moment. The movement start small and slowly build to larger ones all benefiting the systems of the body...then back down to the relaxation posture. These practices are designed to calm the nervous system and initiate the rest and digest response in the body.
Jin Shin Jyutsu and Mindfulness

this is an ongoing class, suggested offering $5 per class.
This class is a guided experience of the self heal energy healing technique of Jin Shin Jyutsu. Holding the various throughout the body helps free up blocked energy, it reduces stress, helps with sleep issues, mental stress and chronic pain. This morning class is a great way to start the week. Each session will consist of guidance of the points to hold, why we are holding them along with mindfulness meditation practices.
Private and small group sessions are available upon request.
I have done these classes with local societies and charity groups.
During private sessions, we can personalize some of these practices and offer tools for you to bring into the world. This is excellent to do if you have something specific you would like to work on. We use the paradigm of yoga, mindfulness meditation and energy healing to help to find balance and insight.
Mild Movement and Meditation - Date and Time TBA
This class is also holistic. It is comprised of gentle movement to relax the body, breathing techniques and mediation instructions. This class is designed to assist you in moving towards stillness.
